Profile
What organisations see when you apply.
Your living situation, your home and your town: you enter them once. After that, applying for an animal is one click on its listing. Searching will never ask for an account.
Your account asks for a second factor: give the code shown by your app.
Give your email address: if an account exists, we send you a link to choose a new password.
You followed the link received by email. One click and your account is active: you will be signed in straight away.
You followed the link sent to this new address. One click, and it becomes the address you sign in with. Your account keeps the previous one until you confirm.
Where each one stands, and what the shelter did with it. Your file has a screen of its own.
What you are looking for, at a glance — then the meetings to make first, then every animal that matches.
What you went through, and who may read it. You decide point by point, and you can change your mind.
One single source: your search and what an organisation reads both come from it.
Exactly this, and nothing else, when you apply. Your name, email and phone number reach it only if it answers.
A separate path. You remain a family — you never become an organisation.
If you have to rehome an animal living with you, publish its listing here. Families will write to you through Patte Blanche: your address and phone are never shown.
The law (French rural code, art. L214-8-1) requires the age and, for a dog or cat over four months, the identification number. Without them the listing cannot be published. Rehoming is free of charge.
No automatic publishing. No invented animal, flaw or personality: everything comes from your listing.
Your file becomes a presentation a shelter reads in ten seconds. Nothing is made up: everything comes from what you filled in.
Your access, your data, the way out.

What we send you, and where.
Password, two-factor authentication and connected devices.
The browser and when it was last used, to within ten minutes. We keep neither IP address nor location.
Everything we keep about you, in one file.
Everything Patte Blanche keeps about you: account, file, applications, favourites, feedback, communication consents. Nothing about anyone else.
Final: file, favourites and feedback erased at once, applications anonymised.
Everything is erased, at once: your file, your open applications, your sessions. Nothing is kept, nothing can be recovered. Your password is asked to confirm.
