What to do right away.

  1. Tell the town hall and the pound where it went missing, and those of nearby towns.
  2. Call the vets and shelters nearby, and leave them a photo.
  3. If it is identified, report it missing to your country’s identification register.
  4. In France, report the loss to I-CAD (dogs, cats, ferrets): when a vet reads its chip, you will be told.
  5. An animal taken to the pound is held for 8 working days: after that, it may be handed to a shelter.

Chat Blotched Tabby semble livré à lui même. "Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter car un chat au pelage marbré très caractéristique (type Blotched Tabby Traîne dans mon jardin à Erdeven depuis début septembre. Il est extrêmement furtif, craintif et totalement impossible à approcher. Ses deux oreilles sont intactes (non entaillées). Je vous contacte pour savoir s'il correspond à une disparition dans vos fichiers, ou s'il serait possible d'organiser un trappage pour vérifier son identification et le stériliser. Je vous joins une capture d'écran de ma caméra. Merci pour votre aide
